Bruce has had a hard year with the loss of brother Andy. But after a boat trip with the Red Bull crew-Kolohe, Conner, Geiselmann, O'brien and others, he's all fired up and frothing to surf again. Welcome back Bruce!
+NO CHOICE+
When you live two hours from a wave, and once you can snag a day off you know you don't have an option but to drive all morning to go surf. Watching surf flicks, checking photos, and frothing all week means whether it's over head and barreling or knee slappers and foamy you gotta get out there because you've only got a couple days a week. You'll regret it if you don't. I look at it as not having a choice but to surf. x

I dig stuff that's whacked, just full-on weird. The stuff that most people cringe on, skip over, flip by. I'm all over that jazz. Traditional surf films?- Straight on shooting, turns, turns, barrel, barrel: Naaaaa! I wanna see edit, color, electricity, punts, flair, grunge, dirt, throw-tails, hair, and art. Listen, I'm all for JB, but when every kid n teen mixes Taylor Swift, JB, Jonas Bros, with good stuff? GAY. Keep good music good. and bad music bad don't mix it. But anyway it's all about that jazz, whacked jazz. x

I believe us Canadians have had just about enough of this small wave business. Give us a break, I mean, it's onshore everyday, it's super crowded, can't you at least send some large swell our way? Anyway, you look nice.
